MyTeachingHub("we", "us", "our") operates an online platform that sells access to handwritten CBSE study notes for Classes 6 through 10. Our registered address is [Your registered business address, India].

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent or guardian register on your behalf.

Premium notes are available only to users with an active paid subscription. Plans, durations and prices are listed on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never store your card or bank details.

Subscriptions activate after we receive payment confirmation from Razorpay and remain valid for the duration of the plan you purchased. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must purchase a new plan when one expires.

Because access to digital notes is granted immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. Limited exceptions are described in our Refund Policy.

All notes, PDFs, watermarks, designs and copy on this platform are owned by MyTeachingHub or its licensors and protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may download notes for your personal academic use only.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scan-and-share, publish on social media or on file-sharing sites, or remove the watermark from any note. We embed a unique, per-user watermark in every PDF — distributing a leaked PDF will be traced to your account and may result in suspension, termination and legal action.

You agree not to:

• Share, sell or sublicense your account or downloaded notes.
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk.
• Attempt to bypass our paywall, watermark or DRM controls.
• Use the service for anything unlawful or that harms other users.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms, including unpaid disputes, copyright violations or fraud. On termination, your access to all notes ends; we will not refund the unused portion of a subscription terminated for cause.

Notes are provided "as is" for study and reference. We don't guarantee that they are error-free or that they will result in any particular academic outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your city], India.
