Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because MyTeachingHub delivers digital content immediately on purchase, refunds are limited. Here's what you can expect.
1. General policy
Subscriptions to MyTeachingHub grant immediate access to premium notes. Once payment is confirmed, all notes for the subscription period are unlocked for view and download. Subscriptions are non-refundable by default, except in the cases listed below.
2. When we will refund
We will issue a refund if:
- You were charged twice for the same subscription. The duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
- Your payment succeeded but your subscription never activated (and we cannot manually reconcile the order within 48 hours).
- You requested a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not viewed or downloaded any premium note since paying. We verify this from our access logs.
3. When we will not refund
- You changed your mind after viewing or downloading any premium content.
- You did not use the subscription during its active period.
- Your account was terminated for breach of our Terms of Service (e.g. distributing notes, removing the watermark, or sharing accounts).
- You purchased a plan but cannot access notes due to issues outside our control (e.g. your internet, your device, your school's firewall).
4. How to request a refund
Email support@myteachinghub.in from the address registered to your account, with:
- Your Razorpay payment ID (starts with
pay_). - The reason for the refund request.
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days via Razorpay.
5. Cancellations
Subscriptions on MyTeachingHub are one-time purchases of a fixed duration — they do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. When your current subscription expires, simply choose not to renew it.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. Please email us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly.
